We try our best to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, but we know that is not always the case. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will happily accept it back, even if it has been opened and used.
We understand that ordering online can be a little frightening, which is why we want to take all of the risk away from you, and put it on us. You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to return your items for a full refund.
1) Click here to send an email to our return department with the subject line: "Return: Order #XXXXX". If you don't have your order number, include your full name and email address used when placing the order in the email.
2) We will email you a return label to use to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive them, we will issue a refund, minus shipping costs, within 10 days. It may take another week or so for the bank to return the money to your account.
3) If you paid for the initial shipping on your order, than your return shipping cost is free*. If you received free shipping on your initial order, then we will deduct the cost of the shipping label from your return.
4) If the item is returned to us used/opened, we will assess a $6.95 handling fee. We really want you to be happy, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent with everyone.
5) Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, it must be in unused/unopened condition. For exchanges, there is a $6.95 handling fee + $6.95 exchange fee.
*Free returns are only applicable within the continental United States. Unfortunately we cannot offer them internationally.
